Chocolate Mousse

I sometimes have my cravings for something sweet and mostly then I eat a piece of dark chocolate (85% cacao), but everyone needs variationm right? Then I came across this recipe and I can tell you, it’s rich and lovely in taste!


2 avocados (flesh)
40g cocoa powder
60g fresh cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tsp sweetener
pinch of salt


  1. Mash the avocado flesh until it’s smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Allow to cool in the fridge.


Follow the above recipe, but cut two squares of 85% (at least) into small pieces and mix through the mousse, right at the end. This will add an extra ‘bite’ to the yumminess!
